Old Dominion Men’s Basketball has added a trip to Tuscon, Arizona, to play the Wildcats on November 9th to their 2024-2025 non-conference schedule. Part of the contract between the two schools can be see in the attached image, thanks to Joey Martelli who submitted the FOIA request. This will be the first ever matchup between Arizona and Old Dominion. Arizona is coming off a season where they reached the Sweet 16 and finished ranked 12th in the AP poll, providing a nice early test for the new look Monarchs in a hostile environment. The contract between the two schools also puts a wrap on Mike Jones’ first non-conference schedule as Head Coach for the Monarchs and should lead to an official release of the schedule in the near future.
