A Celebration of Life will be held at the ODU Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center on the campus of Old Dominion University this Saturday, December 9, at 9am-10:30am, to honor the memory of Coach Cummings where we will share stories, reminisce, and pay tribute to the lasting impact he had on ODU Tennis and those of us who knew him personally.
A social will immediately follow from 10:30am-12:30pm. Everyone is invited to attend, and dress is casual. No heels please as the event will be on the tennis courts. Additionally, during the men’s basketball game vs. JMU this Saturday night, there will be a moment of silence and a timeout tribute to Darryl with video/public address and members of his family on the court.
